Dear Angelo,

This letter will serve to confirm the very high satisfaction my wife and I had with the work you did on our residence at 25 Bridgetown Land, Hilton Head Island, SC sometime around 2002.

As you will recall our house had the wrong type of exterior stucco and was retaining moisture to the degree that all of our windows and door walls were rotting.  This required that you strip, remove and replace all of the stucco as well as all windows and door walls.  Your crew was very considerate of our needs and completed the work ahead of schedule in a highly workmanlike manner. I would add that in addition to simply doing what had to be done you came up with an idea to add a window at a strategic place our kitchen that truly enhanced our view of the water from the kitchen.  In short, Cathy and I would rate you and your team as outstanding and recommend your work as a builder without hesitation or reservation.

Best regards,

Art Ringwald

"We highly recommend Angelo Carrabba as a builder. No one can compare to his attention to detail, his genuine concern for each client, his ability to manage each project so flawlessly and the level of integrity he brings to each contact. Angelo doesn't just build houses-he creates a home. We've had seventeen homes and by far, the one Angelo built was the best."

I hired Angelo Carrabba to build my home in Hilton Head Plantation on Hilton Head Island. He allowed me to get exactly what I was looking for in a house and his detail to what would work best amazed me. He is an excellent builder. He helped me design my house and made great recommendations as to what I should do with certain parts of the house.

One of the many great thing that I experienced while working with him was his ability to tackle complex architectural problems with a a level of ease and great confidence. He was able to fore see preventable future problems that many other individuals would have not noticed. This goes to show his attention to detail and the desire to make the house perfect.

I think of Angelo as one of the best builders that  I have ever worked with and my decision to hire him was one with no regrets. As such, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted builder

My wife and I employed Mr. Angello Carrabba to build our custom home on Hilton Head Island, SC and can highly recommend him as a competent and reliable builder.  Mr. Carrabba produced a highly crafted home and worked in tandem with our architectural team, creating a home that reflected both our personal needs as well as producing a solidly built house, capable of withstanding the rigors of a coastal existence.  He is experienced in working within the boundaries of plantation architectural review boards and is knowledgeable in obtaining the proper permits and licensures – something that we had no previous experience with and were thankful for his advice and guidance.  Angello was also integral in solving complex design problems that cropped up along the way, particularly in redesigning soffits to enclose air conditioning runs as well as working out drainage issues along decking.  After we moved into our new home, several neighbors told us over time of their observations of our construction process and how impressed they had been with the materials and infrastructure that were used. They jokingly added that they would be coming to our house to stay when the next hurricane blew our way, knowing that it was so solidly built. Without reservation, we highly endorse Angello as a builder and are sure that he can turn out an excellent product.

In June, 2000 my wife and I bought a house that Angelo Carrabba had built in Wexford Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Without a doubt this was the most well-constructed house we’ve ever owned.  It was so solidly built that the small cracks that sometimes appear on walls when a house settles never appeared.  The concrete garage floor was laid over rebar, and Angelo used 2x6 lumber where other builders would have used 2x4s.  Before we signed the contract, we asked a friend—one of Hilton Head's most respected builders—to check out the construction.  He did, and told us it was “better than it needs to be.” It was also beautifully finished.Anyone wishing further detail should feel free to call me at (843) 686-6374.

We moved from Rock Hill, S.C. to Hilton Head Island in 2009. After looking at over 40 homes on the Island we found our dream home at 14 Sunset Place in Hilton Head Plantation. After moving in, we found out our POA had a copy of the house plans that we could purchase. We learned that Angelo Carrabba built the house in 2003.  We contacted Angelo and he told us this home was a hebel block hard coat stucco home that is built for optimal insulation and strength. Because of this structure, we receive a large reduction in our homeowner's insurance (for info google hebel or matrix built homes). Some of our neighbors said they watched the house being built and thought the builder was constructing Fort Knox due to the amount of reinforcement placed in the walls and roof. Exteriorly, the house design is striking in curbside appeal. Interiorly, the design is an "open concept", perfect for gatherings and parties. Twelve foot ceilings with high end wood molding at ceiling and floor extends throughout the house. Doors and windows are heavy duty and well insulated. The first floor walls in den, kitchen, dining and study are textured walls which are quite the "eye catcher", very unique and beautiful. Closets and bath rooms are spacious.
We are very pleased with our home and would recommend Angelo Carrabba to anyone that wants superior construction.
